Schooners and tall ships and such

Another fabulous thing about Nova Scotia is our longstanding and continuing tradition of the wooden ship. I think the sketch above is a schooner vessel and I'm sorry that I can't remember which one but it is probably one of the tall ships that visit the harbour here and in Lunenburg.

Our most famous schooner is the Bluenose. The Bluenose is a true Canadian icon, it has been featured on the dime and stamps. Is has a long seafaring history and is the pride of Nova Scotia.
